A 27-year-old man died Sunday morning after being shot several times during an argument at a taco truck parked in El Sereno Saturday night, according to Los Angeles police.
Officers responded to a 911 call of a shooting in the 5100 block of Huntington Drive about 10:15 p.m. and found a wounded Angel Serna Mancilla laying on the sidewalk.
Paramedics took the wounded man to L.A. County/USC Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead several hours later.
Police said Mancilla and another man had argued before the shooting. The suspect pulled out a pistol, shot him and fled in a white sedan, police said.
City News Service reported that the shooting took place as Mancilla bought food from a taco truck.
