Servite, Esperanza tied, 7-7, at halftime

If I didn’t know better, I’d swear these teams had a plane to catch.
Esperanza and Servite have just breezed through the first half of their Pac-5 Division quarterfinal football game, and the score is tied, 7-7.
Servite scored on its opening drive, with quarterback Johnny McEntee carrying it in from three yards. Esperanza answered in the second quarter on a one-yard run by Reid Williams.
The entire half took 37 minutes -- with timeouts.
