Football: Orange Lutheran, Tesoro trade TDs

Orange Lutheran scored a second consecutive touchdown on a pass from Bobby Wheatley to Scotty Williams, this one going for 26 yards to trim Tesoro’s lead to 35-14 with 7:30 left in the game.

Lutheran tried a second consecutive onside kick that failed, giving the Titans the ball on the Lancers’ 27-yard line. On the next play, quarterback Robbie Picazo lofted a 27-yard touchdown pass to Zach Bevan to increase Tesoro’s lead to 42-14 with 7:17 left.
