Death Takes Realty Veteran D.T. McMullen

The Times has learned of the death from heart failure last month of Donald T. McMullen, a 25-year veteran in the real estate and housing industry.
A charter member of the Institute of Residential Marketing, McMullen, 61, worked in San Diego for seven years, five of them as vice president and director of marketing for Mesa Realty Inc. He was also vice president of Sales and Marketing Coordinators Inc., San Diego and was affiliated with Avco Community Developers Inc., Occidental Land & Development Corp. and Walker & Lee.
A 1947 graduate of USC, McMullen is survived by his wife, June, of Costa Mesa, four children and nine grandchildren.
