Residential Project Begun

Phase I of Black Mountain Ranchos residential community is under way at La Cartera and Stargaze streets, San Diego. The three-and-four-bedroom, New England/Cape Cod- style homes range in price from $104,990 to $129,990. The $23-million project, designed by Sillman/Wyman & Associates, Sorrento Valley, is being constructed by Degen Development Co.
