Furniture Facility Being Constructed

Construction has begun on a $1.3-million retail facility at 435 M. La Brea Ave. for Rapport Co. Inc., distributors of Italian contemporary furniture.
Designed by architect David Lawrence Gray, the 23,500-square-foot project will adjoin existing Rapport facilities. A canvas-covered bridge will link the buildings at the second floor when Jason Ross Tenant Development Inc. completes the work next summer.
