Fullerton College Takes 16-1 Victory

Fullerton College pounded three San Jacinto pitchers for 21 hits Friday and routed the Eagles, 16-1, in a nonconference baseball game at San Jacinto.
Craig Repoz went 5 for 5 with 3 doubles and 2 RBIs to lead the Hornets (10-4), while Ron Clark, Jim Areias and Darren Nelson each had three hits. John Moreno was 3 for 4 for the Eagles (4-3), including a home run in the seventh inning to account for San Jacinto’s only run.
Pat Simms pitched seven scoreless innings to get the victory.
