Dayton Hudson Corp. reported increased revenue and earnings for its fiscal year ended Feb. 2. Net earnings for the year increased of 6% over 1983 net earnings. Revenue increased 15% to top the $8-billion mark. Kenneth A. Macke, chairman and chief executive officer, said the Minneapolis-based corporation’s two largest companies, Target and Mervyn’s, reported strong performances in 1984 even though the retail environment was highly promotional throughout the year.
