Key Image Systems Inc., Chatsworth, named Fery Aalam chairman and chief executive and Fara Mahdavi president and chief operating officer. Mahdavi, who is also president of Gulf Data, a producer of English/Arabic microcomputer systems, is a former undersecretary of commerce in Iran.
