‘Trade War’ With Japan

In reference to Conrad’s cartoon: I am a World War II Navy veteran. I have nothing against the importation of Japanese automobiles into the United States, but the kamikaze-type drivers behind the steering wheels of these Japanese automobiles are turning our California freeways, streets and highways into virtual battle zones.
