Move-in Packages Offered by Eldorado Town Houses

Buyers at The Eldorado, a 20-unit Pasadena town-house development opening today, receive a move-in package consisting of a security system, washer and dryer, refrigerator and drapes or mini-blinds. Financing with 5% down and interest rates starting as low as 7 1/2% for the first year is also offered.

The two- and three-bedroom units by Cantwell-Anderson, Pasadena, are offered in six floor plans, with 975 to 1,550 square feet, priced from $89,000 to $95,600. The monthly homeowners fee ranges from $66.60 to $83.47, and first move-ins begin this month. Four units have been sold.

Features of the two-story town houses include central air conditioning, attached two-car garages with direct interior access, Caloric kitchen appliances and--in some plans--private enclosed patios, window seats or skylights.

Three furnished model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily and from noon to 5 p.m. Mondays at 883 Magnolia Avenue, south of California Boulevard and two blocks east of Arroyo Parkway. The development itself is at 801 N. Garfield Ave.
