Texaco completes Sale of Chembond to Finnish Firm

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Texaco Inc. said it completed the sale of Chembond Corp. to Priha Inc., a wholly owned U.S. subsidary of Priha Oy, a Finnish chemical company. Terms were not disclosed.
