Loyola Marymount Defeats SCC, 13-6

Carl Fraticelli was 3 for 3 and scored twice to pace a 16-hit Loyola Marymount attack as the Lions beat Southern California College, 13-6, in a nonconference baseball game Thursday at Loyola Marymount.
The Lions (19-19) broke open a close game with a five-run sixth inning. The loss drops SCC’s record to 23-14-2.
Randy Rother was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 RBIs for the Vanguards.
