Long Beach police officers on a burglary surveillance team witnessed a bank robbery and arrested three suspects, authorities said. James Epperson, 46, Michael Hogan, 31, and Rhonda Sanders, 22, all Long Beach residents, were arrested on suspicion of bank robbery after the holdup of Home Federal Savings & Loan in Redondo Beach and a chase through Torrance.
