Stockton Mayor Randall Ronk was acquitted of charges that he misappropriated $3,100 in city funds. Ronk was charged with defrauding the city on travel expense claims for 10 meetings of the San Joaquin Valley air pollution task force in Fresno. The jury found Ronk innocent of 10 felony charges.
