Sterling Software sued Informatics General.

Dallas-based Sterling is suing the much larger Woodland Hills software company for the Informatics shareholder list, which Sterling says Informatics won’t provide. Informatics, which wouldn’t comment on the suit, has rejected a $26-a-share offer from Sterling and is proposing anti-takeover measures for its May 9 shareholder meeting.
