Restrictions have been imposed on the use of satellite and dish antennas in residential and commercial zones in Covina. A new city ordinance requires that all large antenna systems on ground level be in enclosures or screened by fencing or landscaping. Satellite and dish antennas that are larger than two feet in diameter will not be permitted on roofs.
