California Hills, a development of 83 single-family homes in Riverside, opens today with 20 units in the first phase.
Priced from $95,000 to $105,000, the homes are being offered in three, one- or two-story floor plans with three or four bedrooms and two baths in 1,200 to 1,700 square feet of space. FHA and VA financing is available.
A project of Kaufman & Broad Inc., the homes were designed by architect Petar Laden in New England, country and Tudor styles with greenhouse and bay windows and vaulted ceilings.
A sales office and model decorated by Design I will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Arlington Avenue and Sweetwater Drive, reached from the La Sierra Avenue exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway. First move-ins are scheduled in October.
