Commerce Center in San Diego Purchased

The Century Commerce Center at 8868-88 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., in the Kearny Mesa section of San Diego, has been purchased by the Meyer Investment Co., representing OP&F; Trust, from Ramali Inc., of Belgium, according to the San Diego office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services.
The $3,685,000 transaction includes the purchase of a two-story office building, a single-story retail building and two one-story industrial structures on a 3.89-acre site. The property is 95% leased, with Sun Valley Waterbeds as the major tenant.
