12-Unit Town House Project Opens Today in Glendale

The 12-unit Bierman-Rosen Properties’ Glendale Townhomes opens today, with two- and three-bedroom town houses priced from $115,500 to $127,500.
The development, at 1532 and 1534 E. Wilson Ave., Glendale, is within walking distance of the Eagle Rock Plaza and is designed in a cluster plan that makes each town house a corner unit, according to developer Barry Bierman. The units have 1,200 to 1,350 square feet and feature a spa and a children’s recreation area.
A monthly homeowners association fee of $104 pays for common area maintenance.
Features include 2 1/2 baths, patios, separate dining rooms in the three-bedroom plans and master suites. Two models staffed by Jon Douglas Co. are open from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday through Monday.
