I think we are missing a great opportunity if we don’t adopt the means test suggested by Democratic National Chairman Paul Kirk. If we have a means test for Social Security recipients, we then can extend the same test to all federal retirees (ex-Presidents, congressmen, admirals, etc.)
This would result in a great reduction in the national deficit.
