Certron Corp. of Anaheim named Allan H. Kurtzman to its six-member board of directors. Kurtzman, 58, is currently president of the consumer products division of the Neutrogena Corp., and previously served as a board member and executive vice president for marketing at Max Factor & Co. Certron manufactures and distributes audio and video tapes, as well as floppy disks and computer printer ribbons.
