Mole B, a man-made rock jetty behind the Sportcenter at King Harbor, has been renamed Moonstone Park by the City Council. . . . Councilman John Chapman proposed this week that City Council meetings be changed from Monday to Tuesday nights beginning in October. The council will consider the change next week. . . . Members of the public who address the City Council, Planning Commission and Harbor Review Board will now be required to take an oath of honesty before speaking, under a resolution unanimously approved by the City Council this week. City officials said the oath, optional under the city Charter, has not been used in recent years.
