Logicon Inc., Torrance, named James E. Dalton a corporate vice president and president of its RDA subsidiary in Marina del Rey. He succeeds Albert L. Latter, who continues as a Logicon vice president and director. The firm also said general counsel E. Benjamin Mitchell was named corporate secretary.
