Marshall Named UCI Assistant Swim Coach

Bruce Marshall, former Newport Shores and College Park swimming coach, was named assistant men’s and women’s swimming coach at UC Irvine, Athletic Director Dr. John E. Caine announced Tuesday.
Marshall, 27, will assist Charlie Schober, UCI swimming coach, as well as supervise the school’s masters swimming program.
Marshall swam at the University of Missouri and Orange Coast College, setting OCC records in the 400 individual medley and the 100- and 200-yard butterfly.
