Cambria Is Tops

Your columns and articles are very helpful in my travels. I have traveled around the world and have sampled accommodations from budget to first-class, but I agree with Jerry Hulse’s June 23 article that one of the most relaxing and enjoyable getaways is right around the corner from L.A. . . . Cambria. I just returned from my second visit to the Moonstone Inn, and found it even more delightful. What’s loveliest is the incredibly warm welcome Marilyn and Woody Ross extend to everyone. My previous visit was five months ago, but Marilyn remembered me and my traveling companion. It was great to enjoy our wine while taking a Jacuzzi on the patio that overlooks the ocean. Woody built a fire for us so we could sit on the patio, eat our breakfast and not suffer even the slightest chill.
