Blue Cross Leases Headquarters Space

Blue Cross of California has leased 10,000 square feet of office space at 4221 Wilshire Blvd. from the building’s owner, 4220 Wilshire Blvd. Ltd., in a transaction that will aggregate more than $900,000 in rentals.
The Woodland Hills-based insurance company will use the space for a regional headquarters. Blue Cross was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, Woodland Hills, and the landlord by Julien J. Studley Inc.
