In light of the present racial strife...

In light of the present racial strife that is taking place every day in South Africa and the continuing struggle of the so-called minorities in America for social justice and equality, we think that it was in bad taste for KTTV to televise a 1974 movie called “The Klansman.” Furthermore we feel that the program manager displayed a low level of social consciousness, and the station should examine its social commitments and values to the viewing public.
