Thomas A. Klemens has been named vice president and controller of First American Title Insurance Company of Santa Ana. Klemens, 35, was senior vice president and chief financial officer for Robert P. Warmington Co., a Costa Mesa building and development company, prior to his appointment. He replaces Willard S. Price, who had been transferred to the company’s regional offices in Portland in a similar capacity earlier this year.
