J.B. Williamson will risk his Stroh’s light-heavyweight title against Grover (Torpedo) Robinson (29-12) of Fremont in a 12-round fight Wednesday night at 7 at the Forum.
Williamson (21-1) of Los Angeles is ranked fifth by the World Boxing Council.
Also featured on the card will be two elimination bouts in the middleweight tournament. Bernard Mays (25-0-1) of Detroit will face Carl Jones (15-1-4) of Santa Monica, and Humberto de Los Rios (18-6) of Pomona will fight Brian Muller (17-1-1) of Las Vegas.
