Guilty Plea in Hijacking

MIAMI — A man who was charged with air piracy in a 1983 hijack attempt pleaded guilty Tuesday to a lesser charge of assaulting and threatening a flight attendant. Rodolfo Bueno Cruz, 44, of Tampa, faces a life term.
