IDS Leases New Pasadena Office

Investment Diversified Services, a Minneapolis-based unit of American Express Inc., has leased and occupied 9,000 square feet of ground floor office space in the Pasadena Financial Plaza, 35 N. Lake Ave., Pasadena.
R. A. Rowan & Co. represented the tenant in the $1-million transaction, while Coldwell Banker represented the owner, Hollingsworth-Arnett. The new sales office replaces an office on Walnut Street in Pasadena.
