Mini-Market to Open Nov. 10 at Design Center

“Design Los Angeles” is the theme of the Winter Mini-Market scheduled for next Sunday through Nov. 12 at the Design Center of Los Angeles, 433 S. Spring St.
Registration will open next Sunday at 10 a.m., followed by demonstrations, slide presentations and lectures. Carol Soucek King, vice president and editor of Designers West, will discuss “Recharging the Designer’s Creative Energies” on Nov. 11 during a luncheon with an $8.50 fee, and Oppenheim, Appel, Dixon & Co., certified public accountants, will give an educational update during a computer program presented by California Manufacturers Assn. on Nov. 12 with a $30 fee. Showrooms will be open during most of the events.
