Single-mindedness is needed now as we approach the summit meeting. The issue is arms control. That is the priority, the one thing necessary: arms control. For President Reagan to diffuse the issue by emphasizing Soviet aggression in his U.N. speech is a disservice to the entire human family.
What this planet needs is to survive, to prevent nuclear holocaust. That is the immediate issue. As we prepare for the summit, let us focus our concentration on one thing: nuclear disarmament.
