Highway Patrol Leases Building in San Diego

the California Highway Patrol has signed an $11,466,000, 15-year, built-to-suit lease with an option-to-buy on a 26,292-square foot building in the Hazard Industrial Park, at 9330 Farnham St., for use as its San Diego headquarters.
The John Burnham & Co. Commercial Brokerage Division represented both the State and Murray Properties Inc. in the leasehold. Occupancy is scheduled in July.
