Tamarack Beach Resort, a vacation-ownership resort in Carlsbad, Calif., has won the Resort of International Distinction Award from Resort Condominiums Inc.
The award was given solely on the basis of architectural renderings and plans designed by Steve Adams, because the resort will not be completed until next spring.
The 117,000-square-foot, mixed-use project on 1.54 acres will consist of 54 vacation-ownership units, a 23-room hotel, a 10,000-square-foot recreational facility and a public restaurant.
