Carolyn See, the reviewer of Paul Auster’s “City of Glass” (Book Review, Nov. 11) takes great pains to reveal that Quinn, the hero’s name at one point, rhymes with twin and bin (strange, but it made me think of “five”), but merely mentions in passing that elsewhere, his name is William Wilson, without alluding to the classic Poe tale of that name which deals with the merging of personas.
