Swiss ski ace Pirmin Zurbriggen scored his second giant slalom victory in a week to stretch his lead in World Cup standings to a formidable 55 points.
Zurbriggen, 23, who had not won in the giant slalom since 1984 before breaking through last Tuesday, repeated the victory with his family looking on in Adelboden, Switzerland.
Zurbriggen, the 1984 World Cup champion, has 221 points in the overall standings to 166 for runner-up Markus Wasmeier of West Germany.
