Loretta Denise Marshall, 28, of Los Angeles was arraigned Tuesday on three counts of forgery and one of grand theft for allegedly trying to arrange a 1985 concert that caused rock group Duran Duran to suffer a $100,000 loss. She appeared in L.A. Criminal Court, where the Security Pacific Bank loan specialist was charged with forging the signature of a bank official in a scheme to arrange the show at which Culture Club, Cyndi Lauper and Rod Stewart would also perform. Duran Duran put up $100,000 to finance the concert, law enforcement officials said.
