Sun Equities of Far Hills, N.J., offered $3 million to buy 1.2 million of Intel’s shares in Computer Memories, a former disk-drive maker in Chatsworth that has liquidated most of its assets . . . Yves St. Laurent International said it plans to sell most of the brand names of Charles of the Ritz Group . . . Biotech Capital Corp. of New York said it signed a letter of intent to buy Seybold Group, a computer consulting firm with offices in Torrance and San Jose . . . Textron Inc., moving to pay off its debt from its acquisition of Ex-Cell-O Corp., said it plans to sell Ex-Cell-O’s packaging systems division to Elopak, a Norwegian company for undisclosed terms . . . Calmat Co. declared a 2-for-1 stock split of the company’s common stock and increased the current quarterly dividend to 20 cents a share from 17 cents. Both the split and the increase are payable April 2 to shareholders of record March 10.
