E-Systems Inc. of Dallas named David R. Tacke chairman and CEO, succeeding John W. Dixon, who retired. Dixon will remain on the board of directors as chairman emeritus and will serve as a consultant to the company. E. Gene Keiffer was elected president and chief operating officer, posts previously held by Tacke. Keiffer was senior vice president.
