Hertz Corp., New York, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Allegis Corp., announced a realignment of its senior management organization.
Craig R. Koch, currently executive vice president and general manager of the domestic rent-a-car division, was named president and chief operating officer of the corporation. The position of president had been vacant since 1983.
Brian J. Kennedy, currently senior vice president, marketing, was named to succeed Koch and has been elected an executive vice president of the corporation.
Fredy R. Dellis, executive vice president, international operations, has been appointed president of Hertz International Ltd.
