SensorMedics Set to Buy

SensorMedics Corp. said it has agreed to acquire a cardiopulmonary instruments manufacturer from Spectramed Inc., of Dayton, Ohio., for an undisclosed amount of cash. Privately held Anaheim-based SensorMedics said the Spectramed unit has annual revenues of $20 million, which will boost SensorMedics’ yearly sales to $50 million.
