The second defendant in the murder of the parents of actor Patrick Duffy changed his plea to guilty to charges of deliberate homicide, robbery and assault. Sean Wentz, 19, of Helena, Mont., entered his plea in Virginia City, Mont., before District Judge Frank Davis, who scheduled a pre-sentence investigation but did not set a sentencing date. Wentz was charged along with 19-year-old Kenneth Miller with murdering Terrence and Marie Duffy during a holdup last Nov. 18 at their bar in Boulder. Miller was convicted by jury March 19 on the same charges.
