Eddie Murphy is the subject of a paternity suit brought by 19-year-old Nicolle Rader, it was learned late last week. Rader filed suit April 22 at Los Angeles Superior Court seeking child support for her 6-week-old baby, Ashlee Murphy, said Jane Stevens, Murphy’s New York attorney. There was no immediate response to the suit and Murphy himself had no comment, Stevens said. Rader’s attorney, Robert C. Brandt, confirmed the suit was filed but wouldn’t comment on specifics.
