The arraignment of USC football player Aaron Emanuel on two misdemeanor counts of battery, scheduled for Monday at Pasadena Municipal Court, was continued until June 17.
The 20-year-old Emanuel, a sophomore who was a part-time starter at tailback last fall, allegedly struck two USC women students in separate incidents this year and last.
He has been suspended from the team for at least part of the 1987 season and faces possible expulsion from the university, depending on the outcome of an investigation.
