Hart’s Withdrawal From the Presidential Campaign

I am not a particularly skeptical or suspicious person, but I find it difficult to believe that the Hart episode was a series of spontaneous events. Everything fell into place too neatly and too quickly. I suspect that there was some kind of a carefully orchestrated master plot.
This dramatic tragicomedy must have had an author and a purpose. Someday we may learn who and why.
