Comments Made at Casey Funeral

I notice that there have been suggestions to establish the William J. Casey Memorial Fund for the Freedom Fighters.
Casey and I were both in the same class (1937) at the Law School of St. John’s University.
I believe it would be more appropriate to start a fund in his name for the Study of Constitutional Law.
