Morton Thiokol Inc., the company whose space shuttle booster rocket was blamed for the Challenger disaster 16 months ago, started screening its Kennedy Space Center workers for drug use. Some 400 technicians, engineers and quality assurance employees in Florida will be randomly selected by computer for drug tests, said Juva Stirling, a spokeswoman for Morton Thiokol. The company has had no drug problems, Rocky Raab, manager of external affairs, said.
