Reagan to Nominate Envoy

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — President Reagan intends to nominate Willard Ames De Pree as ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, the White House announced Tuesday. He would succeed Howard Bruner Schaffer.
